WheelofNames.io is a general-audience service. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Teachers and other adults may choose to use it in a classroom setting, but it is not designed, marketed, or directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International data transfers

Browser extension

Our Chrome extension, Spin the Wheel - Random Picker, works entirely inside your browser and never sends data to any server we operate.

It reads text you select on a page, YouTube commenter names you choose to load, or text you type into its popup, only when you trigger it. That text is used to open a wheelofnames.io tab with your list pre-filled, the same as typing it in yourself.

• The extension does not track your browsing, store data, or use analytics.
• It does not collect or transmit personal data to us or any third party.
• Once the pre-filled wheel opens, this Privacy Policy applies to that page the same as it does for anyone using wheelofnames.io directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
